It's a tattoo made by a German art student designed specifically for the blind. It works by implanting surgical steel, titanium or plastic balls under the surface of the skin. Thier used to spell out words in Braille. I can see this becoming a new trend.

Jared just got a new digital camera and I used it to take some pictures of Peanut,our Hahns Macaw. He's scared of the camera so it was hard to get good pics of him. He runs to me everytime he see's the camera so that I'll protect him from it.

Today was mine and Jared's ONE YEAR Anniversary. I can't believe it, the year flew by so fast. No other relationship has ever made it this far before. So we spent the day together. We went out shopping, then to dinner and a movie. We saw Fun with Dick and Jane. It was funny, Jared liked it to, which is rare cause he usually falls asleep during movies. It was such a wonderful day, Im so In love, I can't wait for another year. I love you Jared Bared <3

So I got tired of Jared always hogging the computer at his house so I decided to move mine to his house. We made a nice little desk area for it and everything. Im hardly ever at my house and when I am I use the downstairs computer cause it's just much more convinient. So now jared and I can aim each other and talk while in the same room!

Saturday we drove to Hamton Beach, NH to see HANSON! I bought Jared tickets for his 18th birthday cause he loves them. Origionally I bought him tickets for the Boston show, but we decided to not go to Boston becuase parking is sooo expensive and there's so much traffic and its so hard to find your way around. So we sold our tickets on ebay and bought Hampton Beach tickets. Well friday the day before the show the tickets had still no arrived so we started getting really nervous. But they ended up coming that afternoon, talk about close timing.

It's a two hour drive to NH so we left early expecting to spend the day there. Jared's been there before and he said there's tons of shops and stuff right on the beach, so we'd have plenty to do. We arrived there around 12:30 in the afternoon and found the place nearly deserted. Aparently all the little shops close down for the winter months. So there really wasn't much to do. So we went to the next town over (not sure of the name of it) and occupied ourselves by buying illegal fireworks, visiting porn and comic stores and playing monopoly in the car. Finally concert time rolled around, there were people that had waited in line all day to get in. I find this extremely LAME. Because not only is it a small venue, but hanson really isn't all that popular anymore. We didn't wait in line and we were able to make are way close enough for Jared to shake thier hands and have a very good view of the stage. So to those girls that waited in line ( most of which were LARGE and by large I mean FAT girls ) get a life.

This is Jacqueline Saburido on September 19, 1999.

This is her and her Father, 1998.

This is her on Vacation in Venezuela.

Birthday party as a child.

The car in which Jacqueline traveled. She was hit by another car that was driven by a 17-year old male student on his way home after drinking a couple of hard packs with his friends. This was in December 1999.

After the accident Jacqueline has needed over 40 operations.

Jacqueline was caught in the burning car and her body was heavily burnt during around 45 seconds.

With her Father, 2000.

Getting treatment.

Three months after accident.

Without a left eyelid Jacquie needs eye drops to keep her vision.

Now 20 year old, he cannot forgive himself for driving drunk on that night three years ago.

He's aware of devastating Jacqueline Saburidos life.

Not everyone who gets hit with a car dies. This picture was taken 4 years after the accident and the doctors are still working on Jacqueline, whose body was covered with 60% severe burnings.

I know most of these bulletins say "pass it on," but most of those are stupid. This is REAL, and if you dont re-post this, you're egocentric, find a dictionary if you don't understand the word, seriously. Please send this to as many people as you can to make them aware of the consequences of drunk driving. We may not always get a 2nd chance, and we are all guilty for complaining "man I look bad today!"...but be thankful. Because she...she will never be the same. Don't drink and drive. Allot of stuff happened this summer that I just haven't had time to write about. My aunt bought this cool fast food place called the Dog Stop. I worked there with her all summer. I mostly just took orders and handed out food. But Jared and I ran the place when she went on vacation, so during those times I had to cook. Certain days were super busy, and trying to cook all the food in time was total chaos, but we always managed to get it done on time.

Well since Jared has started to update his lj on a regular basis, I decided that I too would start doing that. There hasn't been much going on lately. Right now Im unemployed, cause the job I had was a seasonal job and it ends for the winter months, so that leaves me jobless at the moment. My aunt thinks that she can get me a job as a secretary type person at the place she works. Hopefully that will work out becuase the job pays $12 an hour to start.

Hmm what else has been happening? Today jared and I went to the haunted mansion up the street on hill top. We had free passes that Jared's mom got from 105.9 the radio station. So that was cool cause it saved us like $12. Even though there was the longest slowest moving line ever, the haunted house made it worthwhile. They obviously put allot of time and effort into the setup and the costumes, because it was actually a little scary. When we came out it was POURING raining and we got totally drenched as we ran back to my car. It's been raining for like 10 days straight or some crazy number like that. How is that possible? It sucks, I haven't been able to go horseback riding in over a week, I was suppose to be going to a horse show tomorrow, but it got cancelled because of all the rain.

Operation Pandora's Box!

On September 15th Fans of the Backstreet Boys will be holding a protest outside of TRL. Recently evidence has surfaced that TRL does not play video's on the countdown based on the number of votes as they claim to. If you would like to be part of the protest please email Fight4BSB@yahoo.com

For those of you who can't make it to TRL in NYC on September 15th, you can still be a part of the action. Our idea is to bombard them from all angles. With the live protest, people have called radio stations, and other things. My idea for all of the people who can't make it up there is to send mad junk mail. And by junk mail I mean HUGE boxes filled with absolutely nothing or whatever anyone decides to put in them. It can be just one letter, it can be some sort of message or anything these people can come up with. We should decorate the boxes with the brightest colors we can find and just go crazy with it. Can you imagine TRL having to deal with a protest and then large quantities of packages on the same day? I mean these would take up space!

A few years back, the fans sent in Chapstick to Carson because they thought he was an asskisser...and he kept them and collected them. The Mature Fan Club went to TRL one day and he invited them into his office and he opened this drawer he had that was full of it all with the letters and cards that fans sent in. We are thinking about doing this again....only instead of chapstick, we are thinking POP ROCKS, the candy.....with a card that has a specific note to MTV and TRL about how we demand our BSB. We are trying to get as MANY fans as possible involved in this, so spread the word and give them my contact info. because I think I'm in charge of the mailings and a friend of mine is starting a site and working as a group!

Right now im at Jared's house. We just got back from returning all his family's soda cans. There were $26.90 worth. But he owed me $10.00 because I loaned him money to buy CKY's new cd. He loves them, but you'd probably have to torture him to get him to admit that.

So last week Jared and I celebrated a very specially occasion, It was our 6 month anniversary. To celebrate we went to Berlin Games campground, and stayed there over night. Jared brought me to his favorite restaraunt called Patty's. It was cool but there was a big thunderstorm while we were eatting. The next morning we went to Mystic Aquarium. They had a cool sea lion show. One of them could jump out of the water like a dolphin and do a back flip.

Hmm what else has been going on? Oh yeah, my maxima broke down, and it was going to cost over a $1000 to fix it. Being 12 years old and having nearly 200,000 miles on it, it was time to find a new car. I got lucky cause my dad's buisness was selling a 2000 ford taurus for $1500.00 which was a good deal cause the car is worth between $4,000 and $6,000. It's in very good shape, so hopefully it'll last for a while. Not having a car for like two weeks sucked. I had to borrow my parents gas guzzling truck to get around.

June 14th is a date I'll never forget. Jared and I took a train from New Haven all the way to Time Square in New York City. Why you ask? To spend all night and half of the next day waiting in a line of over 500 people to meet THE BACKSTREET BOYS! TWe got there at midnight on June 13th and waited in line until 9:30 a.m. the next morning to but BSB's new CD Never Gone which came with a pass to meet the Backstreet boys later that day. It was quite the experience cause not only was it nearly impossible to sleep on the concrete sidewalk, they also put us into baracades of 100 people. People kept cutting into line and that scared us because the number of people kept raising and we werent sure if we'd be garunteed a place. But everything worked out and we met all 5 members of BSB later that day. They autographed our CD's. It was funny Brian thought Jared was European because he had a backpack on. It was long and tiring, but it was so worth it. I can't wait for thier summer tour.

Oaky Jared's bored to death so Im going to cut this entry short. I'll post pictures of everything someday soon.

RIP Jared's Jacket

Friday night my sister, my cousin, Jared and I all went to the Barnum and Bailey Circus in Hartford. We were worried about finding a place to park because the parking garage there is under construction. But just up the street there was a little parking area where you could park for $8. So we parked and as we got out of the car a bum came up to my cousin and asked him for some money. Peter gave him a quarter and Jared and I kind of laughed at him. Then we all went to watch the show. Jared showed us the street's where he use to hang out and skateboard all the time. The show was great. It made me want a Zebra, thier so cute.

So after the show we get back to the parking lot. I see a bunch of broken glass next to my car, and at first I thought that I had parked in glass. But as we got closer we saw that the window of my car was smashed. Nothing seemed to be missing from the car. My ipod, camera and cd player were all still in the glove compartment, which was right next to the window that they smashed. We were all pretty releaved that nothing had been taken, until we realized that the most irreplaceable item of all was missing. Jared's Leather Jacket!!!

For those of you who don't know what it looks like, here it is:

I felt so bad for Jared. I think I would have rather had my stuff stolen, any of that stuff could have easily been replaced. But that Jacket was unique, and held so many memories for Jared. Not to mention it seemed to have become Jared's trademark. I loved it too, there were so many nights where Jared loaned it to me to keep me warm. It will definetely be missed.

Our suspicion is that the bum who came up to us in the parking lot, broke into the car and stole the Jacket cause he heard Jared laughing at him. He had seen Jared take the Jacket off and put it into the car, so he knew it was his and probably figured he would steal it to get back at him.

R.I.P. Mr. Leather Jacket, we'll never forget you.

Yesterday Jared and I both had the day off from work so we spent the entire day together. It was warm and kind of windy out so we decided to try to fly a kite. I found this old parrot kite that my mom bought a while ago and we tried to fly that. After multiple failed attempts it broke, leaving us kiteless. So Jared and I headed to Ocean State Job Lots to buy a new one. Of course they didnt have any, but it was okay because we found something 100% funner. A CHILDRENS CIRCUS TENT!! We also bought my dog Taco a hippy tent. And then I forced Jared to go horseback riding:

And that brings me to my next story. The other day Jared and I were hungry, so we went to the store to buy something to eat. And what did we find? A GIANT Grinder. This thing was like 2 feet long.

Last week I bought a 3 month old Chiuahua puppy. He is soo cute. We decided to name him taco, becuase he looks allot like the taco bell dog.
